V. HOW identifies the important resources necessary to deliver this good or service to market efficiently. This section requires at least one source.

VI. CUSTOMER identifies the consumer base and potential to attract new customers or partner with other companies. This section requires at least one source.

VII. CHANGE AND TECHNOLOGY explains how technology and changes in the economy have affected the way the firm does business? This section requires at least one source.

VIII. ETHICS AND THE ROLE OF GOVERNMENT What laws or ethics violations have organizations like yours broken or committed most often? Include a link to a source that supports your answer. X. RECOMMENDATIONS at least 3 (numbered 1-3), offer possible alternatives to solving the problem outlined in the Problem Statement above.

The Case Study Forum entries and this paper must use at least 2 scholarly sources and 2 current events. You may cite an encyclopedia-type website or Wikipedia, but they are not credited nor included as bibliographic reference.
