Select either the healthcare organization Hospital Corporation of America or the healthcare insurance coverage provider Anthem, Inc., and then, download the most recent annual statement for analysis.

Use information from the most recent fiscal year of the annual report to create a separate concept map for each of the four primary financial statements: the balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, and change in owners’ equity.

The concept maps must meet the requirements below:

For each map, display three examples where information from that financial statement can be found on one of the other three statements.
Cite all sources and references used to explain, analyze, and describe the concepts.
Include a maximum of 1-2 pages per each concept map and plan to monitor the financial statements (not including the title and reference pages).
Citing sources from the course material, describe three ways that each statement overlaps or intersects with each other. For example, you might describe the relationship between what information from the income statement can be found on the balance sheet. Or, how the statement of cash flow changes the statement of owners’ equity. A maximum of one-page for this part of the submission.

Length: A maximum of 1-2 pages per each concept map and plan to monitor the financial statements (not including the title and reference pages).

References: Include a minimum of 5 scholarly resources.

The completed assignment should address all of the assignment requirements, exhibit evidence of concept knowledge, and demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the content presented in the course.
