B. You work at a neighborhood mental health agency in which clients are assigned to each worker by the team supervisor. The supervisor assigns you anew case of someone who is suffering from severe schizophrenia and some long term memory loss due to a recent head trauma. Identify the ethical situation you find yourself in. What are some of the possible issues you are faced with? What do you do to resolve them? Is it appropriate for the client to remain in this program and why?
C. You have a client that you see for individual sessions. For the past two months you have been helping them process their feelings over the unexpected ending of a long-term relationship. What might the client be experiencing? How would you address the issues that are developing? What might you have to redefine for the client and how would you do it?
